People's natures aren't so easily changed. Eons ago, I went for an interview at lunch hour , and the woman was late, spoke to her boss for 15 minutes in the hallway with me standing there like a chump, then wouldn't meet my eyes in the interview and sighed the whole time. Would that I was older and wiser, I would have walked right out.
