New York lunchtime observation.
I had Cuban food from a Tex-Mex place run by Chinese.
hey, 25 years ago when i had a little summer cottage somewhere nowhere in Sweden there was a small restaurant in the village. The only food place besides a hot dog stand. it was run by a married couple, Indian and Thai. They served pizza and chinese food. if the farmers around had been a bit more daring they probably would have had Indian and Thai on the menu as well.
