Don't trust anyone under 30.

This is from Oscar Wilde, written in 1887, and it strikes a chord.

"In America the young are always ready to give to those who are older than themselves the full benefits of their inexperience."

  2. There was a hyped-up story on CNN last night ringing the death knell for email because kids don't use it. Because, don't you old doddering fools know, everything is text messages nowadays.

So I'm envisioning a flood of kids entering the business world, executing everything--contracts, product design, manufacturing, etc, etc.--in 50-word thumb bursts on 1"x3" screens, with no forethought and no permanent record of anything.

I mean, what could possibly go wrong?
