Process II.

The other day I wrote a post called "Process" which was about the pain that I often go through at the start of an assignment.

Whether you work with a partner or not, it's a moment, or an extended period, in which you feel alone. When you not only feel the pressure of coming through, you often feel it to the point of near-paralysis.

There's another part of the process that I glossed over a bit.

It's the rallying part of the regimen.

When you make things happen.

It's when you write things down.

When you rely on the strength and intelligence and experience you have leaned on so many times before.

This is when you banish the bull-shitters.

When you negate the nay-sayers.

When you ditch the doubters.

This is when you stop listening to the noise, swirl and chatter around you and do something.

When you put something on paper.

When you stand up and take a stand.

This is when you win.
