Or does the title "Chief Growth Officer" sound like it has something to do with cysts and tumors?

    Personally I thought it was a new euphemism for a prostitute or perhaps the Madam at a Brothel.

    Well I hope this doesn't sound too meek, but since you're usually right I guess I must be wrong.
