LinkedIn to Barack.

I don't have a great deal positive to say about anyone--least of all a politician running for President. However, someone working for the Barack Obama campaign has something on the ball. Obama has a LinkedIn page and is inviting us all to join. That's a smart use of new media and is doing more than just telling--it's showing viewers (or attempting to show them) that he is with it.

PS. Barack just responded to my invitation. We are now "LinkedIn." I know it's a ploy but he is getting word of mouth from it, ain't he?

Brilliant idea. I noticed that Hillary does not appear to be Linked In, which is unfortunate.

Obama appeared on Connan O'Brien's show, Last Call. I don't know if other candidates have, or will, do the talk show circuit, but I thought it was pretty cool. He was very 'chill' as we youth say. He was smart, funny, and maintained his grandeur while joshing around with jokester O'Brien. Obama is not my favorite but I cannot deny that he does leave a good impression and certainly is making the effort to appeal to young voters. Young voters are key and are often alienated--Obama makes them feel important, empowered.
