An observation.
If your kid gets a piece in the mail from a summer program that promises enrichment, it's sure to make you poorer.
You would not believe the number of programs that offer SAT prep for the summer. Mornings are how to take tests and afternoons are how to write the essays. What fun!! Why should any high school kid spend their summer doing this and why should any parent spend 4K to send them to this kind of program. And is this enrichment?
