Last night Adweek and Adage reported that GSDM's Idea City has held onto the Air Force's advertising account, valued at around $370 million over the next nine to 10 years. Why isn't there a taxpayer outrage about this? And why doesn't this make headlines- it is certainly newsworthy.
There is no outrage because people are fed news that is not news. Heath Ledger's death. Paris Hilton's latest car crash. A basketball game. We have been taught not to think, so we have stopped.
