We have what's-on-your-plate meeting once a week. Generally, they're pretty helpful in getting extra time or better resources. But I dread the blank stare--which usually means I've been working my butt off for a project so far down the totem pole it's still a dang zygote. Someone always manages to sneak one of those in.
