We had our big creative presentation with the CEO the other day and it went swimmingly.
He loved the work.
He got up out of his seat and pounded on his mahogany table.
This is good, he kept saying. I like this.
Then he had a qualm.
Do we have to make it so big?
Do we have to do x and y?
And I'm not sure about q, r and s.
But I love the work.
Just change it.
So it's less--I don't know--distinctive, strong, bold. Less of a leadership position.
I love it, but.
But we are back to square one.
